Today’s workout. My first go officially at my home made battle ropes made from 50’ of old firehose.
20 sec on 10 sec rest 1 min rest between sets. 4 sets total for a 19 min workout and I’m soaked
Fast Jumping jacks (at least 15 in 20 secs)
Rope hip throws
Fast Jumping jacks
Do that combination twice. That’s a set
4 sets total and I’m soaked
